Options Listing Procedures Plan
The U.S. options exchanges and OCC are sponsors of the Options Listing Procedures Plan, a national market system plan, which describes procedures to be followed by the parties in connection with selecting specified underlying interests for listing purposes and requesting a review of such selections. It additionally, describes procedures for selecting options series, determining operational procedures relative to adjustment decisions, and admitting and removing plan sponsors. As of the date hereof, the U.S. options exchanges sponsoring the Options Listing Procedures Plan are BATS Exchange, Inc., BOX Options Exchange LLC, C2 Options Exchange, Incorporated, Chicago Board Options Exchange, Incorporated, International Securities Exchange, LLC, Miami International Securities Exchange, LLC, NASDAQ OMX BX, Inc., NASDAQ OMX PHLX, LLC, The NASDAQ Stock Market, LLC, NYSE MKT, LLC, NYSE Arca, Inc., and Topaz Exchange, LLC.
