As an intern, you will help lead projects that help shape the future of OCC. This person will apply their skill-set and knowledge toward tackling designated projects. Projects and Responsibilities:
- Create a central space for ETS technologies where employees can get information on what capabilities we have within ETS and how to use them.
- Work with team to create publishing process for knowledge. Work with Subject Matter Experts from business and technology to manage documentation on self-service help for OCC technologies.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Strong writing skills and being able to write in a clear and concise manner. Able to convey information appropriately for a variety of audiences.
- Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle and software delivery is a plus.
What knowledge and skills will the intern gain from this internship?
- Understanding of the tools and processes used for software delivery at OCC.
- Working with process owners/technologists to document information for different audiences.
- Experience working within the Software Development Lifecycle with an Agile team
