Senior Workday Integration Specialist

Duties:
Design, develop, modify and maintain full suite of Workday HCM integrations as per requirements while ensuring the integrity, quality, and security of data transmitted by recommending and implementing technical solutions and enhancements that maximize organizational and business performance. Build and maintain inbound/outbound Workday HCM integrations to internal applications and third party vendors including payroll and benefit providers. Perform Workday bi-directional integration using Workday Studio, web services and Core Connector. Build custom complex reports using calculated fields and workday data sources for creating enterprise information builder (EIB) and document transformation integrations. Configure integration system security groups, like assigning users and permissions, to transmit data in a secure way. Lead as a technical expert in new integration/interface development including gathering requirements, design, documentation, development, testing and deployment. Build and maintain calculated fields in Workday. Create new integrations to pull the new hire information using Core Connector Worker (CCW) and Document Transformation that uses connector integrations XML output as its data source input. Create complex custom reports and use these as a data source for Enterprise interface builder (EIB) and Document Transformation (DT). Recommend technical solutions taking into account priorities, takeoffs, and best practices while driving alignment among stakeholders in agile. Unit test integrations by working with vendors and internal teams. Ensure the integration meets the functional and non-functional requirements. *This position qualifies for The Options Clearing Corporation’s Employee Referral Program.*
Education & Experience Required:
Master’s degree in computer science or related and two (2) years of experience in application development. In lieu of a master's degree in computer science or related and 2 years of application development experience, a bachelor's degree and five years of experience in the same fields will be accepted.
Special Skills Required:
Must have work experience with each of the following: 1) Workday bi-directional integration using Workday Studio, web services and Core Connector; 2) Building custom complex reports using calculated fields and Workday data sources for creating Enterprise Information Builder (EIB) and Document Transformation integrations; and 3) Configuring integration system security groups, like assigning users and permissions, to transmit data in a secure way.
Salary
$118,742.00 - $148,526.00
