Dan Busby is Chief Clearing and Settlement Services Officer at OCC, the world's largest equity derivatives clearing organization.
Mr. Busby is responsible for OCC's day-to-day clearance and settlement functions and oversees the National Operations, Corporate Actions, Member Services, Collateral Services, and the Technical Certification Services business units. He previously served as First Vice President of Operations. Prior to that, Mr. Busby held the roles of Vice President of Member Services and Vice President of Internet and Investor Services. He joined OCC in 1999 as Director of Internet and Investor Services.
Mr. Busby is a member of OCC's Operations Roundtable, and he also represents OCC on the SIFMA Listed Options Committee.
Mr. Busby graduated with a B.S. from Fairfield University and a M.B.A. from Loyola University. He also completed the Securities Industry Association's Securities Industry Institute at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
