Becoming Part of a High-Performance Culture
OCC colleagues thrive in an atmosphere of intellectual curiosity, problem-solving creativity, healthy and effective interaction. We take pride in our collaborative workplace - a workplace that fosters respect for each other's views and perceptions in order to achieve better outcomes.
Providing a path for how we do business every day.
We're bound together by values and behaviors shaping the way we work internally and externally - from team projects to after hour company events to making a difference in our communities.
From Halloween fun in Dallas or a Chicago Cubs game at Wrigley Field to participating in the annual J.P. Morgan 5k Corporate Challenge or playing on OCC's Optioneers Softball Team, we're serious about building teams and collaborating outside of the office, too.
As members of the Chicago and Dallas/Fort Worth communities, OCC plays an important role supporting charitable activities where our colleagues live and work. Employees participate and contribute in a variety of ways: Volunteer Days, Employee Donation Match, Community Service Day, Charity Reception, and Fundraising.
Each year two organizations are selected to be the focus of OCC's overall efforts.
Is a Chicago based workforce development non-profit that identifies, trains and jump-starts technology careers for low-income young adults who, although lacking access to education and employment, demonstrate extraordinary potential for success in the business world and impact in their communities.
Metrocrest Services is focused on assisting families, individuals and senior adults who are coping with crisis situations, need help stabilizing their lives, or who require support to live independently. Metrocrest's services include rent and utility bill aid, financial and budgeting assistance and food.
OCC is committed to achieving a diverse workforce through application of its equal opportunity policy. OCC provides equal employment opportunties (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, marital status, disability, nation origin, ancestry, miliatry or veteran status, sexual orientation, pregnancy, genetic information, gender identity and/or expression, or as otherwise protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws.
