Rachelle Keller

Rachelle Keller is the Global Chief Operating Officer for Prime, Futures and Securities Services, a division of Markets and Securities Services at Citigroup. She is based in New York.

Keller has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and has held a number of positions across a diverse product set including Investment Banking, Global Markets, Operating Services, and Institutional Brokerage. She has extensive knowledge in building, transforming and growing global financial services businesses to be profitable, efficient and structurally sound.

In her role at Citi, Keller is responsible for the division's strategy and development, governance, operational risk management and regulatory interaction. She chairs the team's governance forums, including the Global Deal Committee and Global Product Committee, and co-chairs the Global Investment Council.

Keller joined Citi in 2011 as the head of Global Analytics and Costing. In that role she led a successful firm-wide initiative to build and leverage capabilities for activity-based costing metrics to drive reengineering and cost transparency - an endeavor that had her working closely with Citi's senior executives.

Prior to joining Citi, Keller held a series of senior roles at market-leading firms, including serving as Chief Financial Officer of Fidelity's Institutional Products Group and holding a variety of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer leadership roles at JP Morgan, including Chief Financial Officer and Global Business Manager of Emerging Markets, Chief Financial Officer of Worldwide Securities Services, and Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Treasury and Securities Services.

Keller also serves on the Boards of NY/NJ Baykeeper and EMPower. She holds a B.S degree in Accounting from Arkansas State University.
