Jim KustuschJim Kustusch is Executive Vice President, Strategic Clearing Initiatives - Functionality at OCC. OCC is the world's largest equity derivatives clearing organization and the foundation for secure markets.

Mr. Kustusch is responsible for ensuring that all current and anticipated future business functionality needs are met as OCC moves forward with the replacement of its core clearing and settlement system. Mr. Kustusch previously served as Senior Vice President - Operations, where he was responsible for daily clearing and settlement functions. Prior to that he was First Vice President of Business Operations and was the business lead for the ENCORE Clearing System Program, OCC's largest systems implementation project to date. He joined OCC in 1985 as Director of New Products and following that, served as Vice President, concentrating on OCC's initial business expansion into futures clearing and building out controls within OCC's operations areas.

Mr. Kustusch is a member of OCC's Operations Roundtable and other industry operations committees.

Mr. Kustusch graduated with a B.A. from Illinois State University and completed the Securities Industry Association's Securities Industry Institute at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
