The Options Clearing Corporation Board of Directors Welcomes New Members and Vice Chairman

CHICAGO, April 24, 2007 - The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) announced today the election of Gerry McGraw and Joseph Elmlinger to the OCC Board of Directors. Frank J. Bisignano was elected to the role of Vice Chairman to succeed outgoing director Dr. Richard R. Lindsey who recently resigned from his position as President, Bear Stearns Securities.

Mr. McGraw is President of the Operations & Services Group for Fidelity Brokerage Company. Prior to joining Fidelity, Mr. McGraw held Senior Vice President positions with Smith Barney Inc. and Shearson Lehman Brothers, Inc. He also served as a principle financial examiner with the New York Stock Exchange, Inc.

Mr. Elmlinger is Managing Director, Head of Global Equity Derivatives for Citigroup Corporate and Investment Bank. He has held various positions in Equity Derivatives during his 14 years with Citigroup. Previously, he worked for Salomon Brothers and Bankers Trust Company starting up corporate equity derivatives business teams.

Mr. Bisignano is the Chief Administrative Officer for JPMorgan Chase & Co. and a member of the firm's Operating Committee. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer for Citigroup's Global Transaction Services (GTS) business and a member of Citigroup's Management Committee and Operating Committee. Prior to that, Mr. Bisignano was the Chief Administrative Officer of Citigroup's Global Corporate and Investment Banking Group (GCIB), while also serving as Deputy Head of Operations and Technology for all of Citigroup from 2000 to 2003. Before joining Smith Barney in 1994, Mr. Bisignano was Executive Vice President and Chief Consumer Lending Officer at First Fidelity Bancorporation and was a Senior Vice President at Shearson Lehman Brothers, Inc. from 1986 to 1990.
