The Options Clearing Corporation Honored at the Business Marketing Association Tower Awards

CHICAGO, August 10, 2007 - The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) announced that its 2005 annual report was honored at this year's Chicago Chapter of the Business Marketing Association (BMA) Tower Awards. OCC received the Bronze Award in the Annual Report category for the second consecutive year.

OCC's 2005 report, titled "A New Environment of Growth," embodied the central theme of changing environment landscapes to summarize the OCC's ability to adapt to an ever-dynamic and growing market, thus maintaining its long-standing reputation to provide quality and timely clearing and settlement services. The report uniquely captured this theme with striking nature photographs that corresponded to themes of weathering change, soaring growth, steadfast reliability, and vast resources.

A panel of nine experienced judges from outside the Chicago market evaluated the entries on the basis of clarity of objective, audience and media strategy employed, impact of creative concept and results.
