Duties:
Manage execution of multiple IT projects and coordinate activities with individual development managers to ensure releases are organized and well-executed. Develop execution plans for IT projects and enable a framework to improve company’s rigor in support of the strategic Renaissance transformation. Instigate the roll-out of this approach, the environment for the approach, and work with critical work-plans and deliverables across the program. Identify and manage dependencies between program tasks, people, processes, and systems to mitigate risks and meet program goals. Lead delivery excellence through built-in practices from Agile, XP, DevOps and test automation using Confluence, Bamboo, Cucumber and SoapUI tools. Implement Agile Scrum SAFe practices to facilitate incremental product delivery. Leverage data and metrics to derive insights and identify improvement opportunities within the program. Coordinate budget related activities for IT programs, including ongoing/annual budgets, and time capture. *This position qualifies for The Options Clearing Corporation’s Employee Referral Program.*
Education & Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT or engineering and five (5) years of experience as a project manager within financial services.
Special Skills Required:
Must have work experience with each of the following: 1) Leading delivery excellence through built-in practices from Agile, XP, DevOps and test automation using Confluence, Bamboo, Cucumber and SoapUI tools; 2) Implementing Agile Scrum SAFe practices to facilitate incremental product delivery; and 3) Managing project execution of large scale digital transformation projects within financial services.
Salary
$139,000-$157,500
