OCC believes in taking care of its employees and its customers. We also believe it’s our responsibility to play an important role in the areas where our colleagues live and work. OCC proudly matches employee contributions, dollar for dollar, up to $50,000 annually.Each year OCC’s Employee Charitable Giving Program chooses three different organizations, one from each area of the country. The organizations for 2020 are:


iMentor, the Chicago chapter of a charity focused on building mentoring relationships that empower first-generation college students from low-income communities to graduate high school, succeed in college, and achieve their ambitions. You can learn more at imentor.org.


​Jonathan's Place is a Dallas-area charity, focused on providing a safe place, loving homes, and promising futures for abused and neglected children, teens, and young adults. It is dedicated to serve North Texas children through its Emergency shelter, Foster & Adoptive Family Program, Girls Treatment Program and Safe Place Program.
