Andrej Bolkovic

Mr. Bolkovic is the Chief Executive Officer, ABN AMRO Clearing Chicago LLC and joined AACC's parent bank, ABN AMRO Clearing Bank NV, in May 2007, after having held numerous roles during his tenure. Most recently, he was a member of the executive board of ABN AMRO Clearing Bank NV from August 2014 until June 2016, stepping down in light of his move to the United States and appointment as CEO, AACC. During his tenure at ABN AMRO Clearing Bank NV, Mr. Bolkovic held the positions of Global CIO, Global COO, and Global Head of Products. Prior to joining ABN AMRO Clearing Bank NV, Mr. Bolkovic was Managing Consultant at Capgemini with responsibilities including business consultant and program manager. He began his career in the IT and Securities division at ING Bank in the Netherlands in 1995. Mr. Bolkovic served as a member of the supervisory board of EMCF, the pan-European equities CCP, prior to its merger with EuroCCP. He was also non-executive director of Holland Clearing House until its sale to ICE Clear.

Mr. Bolkovic received a master's degree in English Language and Literature from Vrije Universtiteit Amsterdam and a post graduate degree in Business Administration from HES Amsterdam. He holds the Series 3, 4, 7, 24, 57, and 63 licenses.

Mr. Bolkovic is a Member Director on OCC's Board of Directors. He serves on the Compensation and Performance Committee and Technology Committee.
