Corporate Action Information Submission Form

The Corporate Action Information Submission Form (Form) allows external parties to provide OCC with information related to a potential Corporate Action on an underlying security to a listed option. OCC will review the information provided but will not respond directly to the contributor. Information memos posted to https://www.theocc.com will remain the source of contract adjustment information. Submission of information on the Form provides no guaranty that a contract adjustment will occur in response to the information provided.

Any submission provided to OCC via this Form will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.

After clicking Submit you will receive a confirmation screen stating that OCC will review the provided information. OCC will not respond back to you directly.
