OCC's Member Services team is responsible for assisting Clearing Members with their business and operational needs.
Support is provided through an 800 number as well as a general email address. Member Services also handles onboarding of new members, business expansions and terminations, as well as relationships with non-member data subscribers.
In addition, each Clearing Member is assigned a Clearing Member Representative who works closely with the firm, building a relationship that allows OCC to become familiar with the Clearing Member's operations and needs. Representatives coordinate ancillary services, communicate important business information, conduct training and operations orientations, and perform member visits and service reviews. Member Services Representatives ensure that the concerns and needs of OCC's membership are fully addressed.
