FSB Continuity of Access to FMIs for Firms in Resolution Survey

In late 2020, the Financial Stability Board (FSB) published a questionnaire entitled, FSB Continuity of Access to FMIs for Firms in Resolution. The attached pdf contains OCC’s response to the FSB questionnaire.  This response describes the potential actions that OCC could take leading up to and in the event of a resolution and is intended to assist both clearing members and resolution authorities in their resolution planning.
