The Management Committee is led by the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and other executive leadership responsible for the company’s strategic direction and risk management oversight. This includes creating and executing corporate strategy, establishing an overall plan for value creation, monitoring and reviewing business performance, and approving operating policies.
