Stuart Bourne
Managing Director, Co-Head of Global Equities and Global Head of Prime Financing, Bank of America Securities
Stuart Bourne is Co-Head of Global Equities and Global Head of Prime Financing at Bank of America Securities, which includes prime brokerage, securities lending, equity swaps and futures. He has been in this role since August 2021, having previously served as Global Head of Equity Asset Management Services. Mr. Bourne joined the firm in 2013 in London and relocated to New York in 2016, initially as Head of the Broker-Dealer client business and subsequently as Head of Americas Asset Management Services.
Prior to that, he worked at Morgan Stanley in London for 16 years, holding various roles across the Prime Financing organization.
Mr. Bourne holds a BSc degree in Economics from the University of Warwick in England.
Mr. Bourne is a Member Director of OCC's Board of Directors and serves on the Technology Committee.
