Susan E. Lester
Former Financial Executive
Susan E. Lester serves as an adviser to Banc of California and is a member of its board of directors and Risk Committee and chair of its Audit Committee.
With over 30 years of banking and mortgage banking experience in the financial services sector, Ms. Lester was most recently director at Lender Processing Services. Prior to that Ms. Lester served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Homeside Lending, Inc., a $35 billion production mortgage banking operation and subsidiary of National Australia Bank. Before her role with Homeside Lending, Inc., she was Executive Vice President and CFO of U.S. Bancorp/First Bank System where she was responsible for management of financial and administrative functions for an $80 billion financial services firm. Ms. Lester also previously served on the board of directors for Arctic Cat, Inc.
Ms. Lester achieved a Bachelor of Science from the University of Dayton and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.
Ms. Lester is a Public Director on OCC's Board of Directors and serves on the Audit Committee (Chair), the Compensation and Performance Committee (Chair), the Governance and Nominating Committee, and the Regulatory Committee.
