Dan Busby is Chief Operating Officer at OCC, the world's largest equity derivatives clearing organization.
As a member of OCC's Management Committee, Mr. Busby is responsible for OCC's Operations, Administration, Governance, Risk & Control; Market Operations; Technical Certification & Documentation Services; Collateral Services; Renaissance Clearing; Participant Services & Solutions; Securities Lending and Corporate Actions; and Enterprise Project Management Office business units.
Mr. Busby is a member of OCC's Operations Roundtable, and he also represents OCC on the SIFMA Listed Options Committee.
Mr. Busby graduated with a B.S. from Fairfield University and a M.B.A. from Loyola University. He also completed the Securities Industry Association's Securities Industry Institute at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
