Kevin Kennedy

Kevin Kennedy is Senior Vice President and Head of Product Management for North American Market Services at Nasdaq. In this role, he leads the Product Management team across Options, Equities, Trade Management Services (TMS), and Nasdaq Futures (NFX). Mr. Kennedy also serves on the Nasdaq CXC Limited Board of Directors. Prior to this role, Mr. Kennedy served as Head of U.S. Derivatives at Nasdaq, responsible for the full slate of Nasdaq options and futures products. He also served on the Board of Governors of PHLX prior to its acquisition by Nasdaq.
Kevin began his career as an independent market maker in September 1987. Since then, he has served as President of his own trading firm, and Vice President in the Goldman Sachs Equities division, where he managed the firm's Philadelphia derivatives operation. He graduated from La Salle University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He currently resides in Berwyn, PA, with his wife and two children.
Mr. Kennedy is an Exchange Director on OCC's Board of Directors and serves on the Audit Committee.
