OCC, the world's largest equity derivatives clearing organization and a leading provider of options education content through The Options Industry Council , today announced that Geralyn Endo, Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch; Gary Franklin, Vice President and Manager, Options Trading and Strategies at Raymond James; Frank A. Magnani, Global Prime Brokerage Institutional Sales at Interactive Brokers and Barry Metzger, Senior Vice President, Trading Services, Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. and Chief Executive Officer, optionsXpress, have joined the OIC Roundtable.
The OIC Roundtable is the independent governing body of the OIC, and is comprised of representatives from the options exchanges, member brokerage firms, and OCC.

Geralyn Endo
Endo currently serves as Vice President, Bank of America Merrill Lynch where she focuses on the Instinct Options® electronic execution platform. Previously, she was Director, Business Development at the International Securities Exchange where she spent 10 years and was responsible for business development, relationship management, and involved in product development. She also managed PrecISE Trade®, ISE's front-end order and execution management system.
Gary Franklin
Franklin is a Vice President, Manager Options Trading & Strategies at Raymond James Financial. He performs and oversees daily options trading activity and provides strategic and portfolio analysis for Raymond James' financial advisors and their clients. Franklin also provides timely information on the options markets to Raymond James financial advisors through RJ NET, a Web site on the Raymond James intranet. He joined Raymond James Financial January 2013. Previously, Franklin was a Managing Director, Manager Options Trading, Education, & Strategies and Senior Options Principal with Morgan Keegan.
Frank A. Magnani
Magnani is presently affiliated with Interactive Brokers where his primary focus is on Hedge Funds, Proprietary Trading Groups, and Advisors. Over the years, he has founded and launched several prime brokerage divisions within existing financial institutions, launched a third party marketing firm, as well as implemented the operational, trading, sales and marketing infrastructures for those organizations. Magnani's past experience includes being Global Head of Clearing and Prime Brokerage Sales for Investec Group USA and serving as Senior Vice President of Derivative Institutional Sales at the American Stock Exchange, with responsibility for managing the European Offices based in Amsterdam and London.
Barry Metzger
Metzger is the Senior Vice President of Trading Services at Charles Schwab, where he is responsible for the client experience, trading platforms, and education for Schwab's active traders. He is also responsible for optionsXpress, a subsidiary of the Charles Schwab Corporation that provides brokerage services for options, stocks, futures, mutual funds, and fixed income investments in the United States and internationally. Metzger oversees all aspects of the firm including business strategy, client experience, operations, etc. Prior to his current role, Metzger was Chief Executive Officer of brokersXpress LLC, a former subsidiary of optionsXpress Holdings, Inc. Before optionsXpress, he was the Vice President of training and development at Morgan Stanley.
